摘要
目的:总结上消化道异物在内镜下处理的经验。方法:根据异物的性质、大小和形状选择合适的方法,内镜下取出异物或设法让异物通过肠道排出体外。结果:56例患者中,54例通过上述方法取得满意的疗效,2例失败后转外科手术治疗,内镜治疗消化道异物成功率96.4%。结论:经内镜下治疗上消化道异物是一种有效、安全、经济的方法。
Objective： To summarize the experience of endoscopic treatment of foreign bodies in upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods： According to the property, size and shape of the foreign bodies, Suitable method was used to take it out by endoscope or let it pass out through the intestinal canal. Result： Of 56 patients, fifty - four eases were successful, other two failed and were treated surgically. The total sueeessful rate was 96.4%. Conclusion： Endoscopic treatment for upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies was a safe, effective and economic method.
