摘要
目的探讨T钢板加植骨块治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析23例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折惠者的临床资料。结果本组23例随访3～12个月,均迭到临床愈合标准,患肢腕关节功能优15例(66.0%),中5例(21.7%),差3例(12.3%)。结论T钢板加植骨块内固定是治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的有效方法,是预防腕关节并发症并保持正常位置的积极措施。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of T-steel plate plus bone block for treating comminuted fracture of distal radius. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of comminuted fracture of distal radius were retrospectively analyzed. Results 23 cases were followed up for 3-12 months, who were healed according to the clinical healing standard. Wrist joint function of affected extremity recovered excellently in 15 cases （66.0%）, moderately in 5 cases （21.7%） and poorly in 3 cases（ 12.3% ）. Conclusion Internal fixation of T-steel plate plus bone block is an effective way to treat comminuted fracture of distal radius and an active measure to prevent complication as well as keep wrist joint at normal location.
