摘要
近年来,我国青少年性犯罪案件在数量上有增加的趋势,其中有些案件的恶性程度非常严重。产生这种现象的原因之一在于我国现行的性教育不能适应青少年的性早熟以及其它方面的社会变化。有效的性教育的缺失使青少年因性无知、性心理异常、性道德错位等因素而导致性犯罪的危险性大大增加。我们必须构建包括家庭、学校与社会三者和谐统一的、科学的性教育体系以有效地预防青少年性犯罪的发生。
In recent years, there has been an increasing tendency in the number of juvenile delinquency cases, some of which are very serious. One reason for this phenomenon is that our sex education cannot adapt to the sexual precocity of the youngsters. Lacking the sexual knowledge, having the abnornal sex mentality and also the wrong sexual morality, has caused the increase of the danger of sex crime. We must establish a scientific sex education system so that we can prevent effectively this kind of crime.
