径向-轴向碰摩双盘转子-机匣系统的数值仿真分析 被引量:8

NUMERICAL SIMULATION ANALYSIS FOR RUBBING MODEL OF A TWO-DISK ROTOR-STATOR SYSTEM

摘要 基于一新型径向-轴向复合碰摩双盘转子-机匣力学模型,利用数值积分和Poincare映射方法,对转子-机匣系统由于径向-轴向碰摩故障导致的非线性动力学行为进行了数值仿真研究,给出了系统响应随转速和偏心量变化的分岔图和一些典型的Poincare截面图、相轨图、轴心轨迹、幅值谱图和时域响应等。研究结果表明:径向-轴向复合碰摩弯扭耦合系统具有很强的非线性,拟周期和混沌是系统碰摩的主要特征。系统参数的改变对系统响应的特征有较大的影响,随转速的增大表现为“周期→拟周期→周期→拟周期→周期→混沌”的演变过程。偏心比较小时,系统为周期1运动,超过某一值后,系统直接演化为混沌运动,或演变为拟周期运动,并最终进入混沌。碰摩时谐波成分存在,静子的频率成分较转子更为丰富,主要分布在两个区域,即1倍工频及其周围的高低频率成分,3倍工频及其周围的频率成分。静子的振动特征表现出了类似转子的演变规律。 Based on rubbing model of a two-disk rotor-stator system with consideration of both rotor and stator dynamics,a numerical integration program is applied to numerical simulation and analysis of the nonlinear dynamics of this system,such as bifurcation,Poincare section map,trajectory of axes,phase trajectory,frequency spectrum diagram and time response.As the result of numerical simulation and analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:there are strong nonlinear phenomena in radial-axial coupled contact system;quasiperiodicity and chaos are the main characteristics of rubbing;with changes of system parameters there are distinct influence on the response.The change of rotating speed is a key factor for rubbing.When the rotating speed increases,the system will display an evolutional process of“period→quasi periodcity→period→quasi periodcity→period→chaos”.Period 1 movement of the system corresponds the speeds without rubbing.When rubbing happens,the system response shows quasi periodicity or chaos characteristics.Eccentricity is a-nother important factor for rubbing.When the eccentricity ratio is small,the system response displays period 1 movement.But when the eccentricity ratio exceeds a certain value,the system will directly become chaos or quasi periodicity,and finally go into chaos.There are differences between the rotor response and the stator response in different contact states.Aroused by two disks,stator vibration is more complex.When the rubbing occurs there are many harmonics,but the stator response contains more frequency components,they mainly concentrate on the areas around the operational frequency or its threefold one.The behavior of the stator vibration is similar to that of rotor.So the system vibration,rubbing process and rubbing degree can be reflected by the stator response.
