脑梗塞病人早期肠内营养的临床研究 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]探讨早期实施肠内营养支持对脑梗塞患者并发症及营养指标的影响。[方法]采取随机抽样的方法设观察组,对照组。比较两组并发症(应激性胃出血、肺部感染)的发生情况和营养指标(血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白)的变化。[结果]观察组应激性胃出血、肺部感染发生率明显低于对照组,营养指标相对稳定,差异显着(P﹤0.05)。[结论]早期肠内营养可减少脑梗塞患者并发症发生,稳定营养指标。
