摘要
[目的]了解老年慢阻肺合并肺结核患者的症状隐匿,X线表现多样性及不典型性的特点,治疗中应注意的问题,分析老年慢阻肺患者易罹患肺结核的原因。[方法]对2002～2005年老年慢阻肺合并肺结核患者的症状,胸片特点及治疗经过进行分析。[结果]老年慢阻肺合并肺结核患者发热,盗汗,消瘦,食欲不振等结核中毒症状发生率低,结核病变以中下肺发生率高,易合并空洞,排菌者多。[结论]老年慢阻肺患者合并肺结核时易误诊、漏诊。应引起临床重视。
[Objective] To understand the features of secretive clinical symptoms, various and atypical x-ray in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） combined pulmonary tuberculosis （TB）, to study the problems we should pay attention to in therapy and to explain the reasons why the old people with COPD were susceptible to TB. [ Methods ] A retrospective analysis on the symptoms, x-ray and therapy effect of 68 elderly patients with COPD combined TB in 2002- 2005 in our hospital was conducted. [ Results] The incidence of fever, night sweat, decomposition, poor appetite among elderly patients with COPD combined TB was lower. The incidence of TB lesion in middle and lower lung was highter. Muti-caviration, muti-diseharge of bacteria were common. [Conclusion] Elderly patients with COPD combined TB are easy to be incorreedy diagnosed. We should pay more attention to them.
