无佐剂型人用狂犬病纯化疫苗免疫原性分析 被引量:4

ANALYSIS OF THE IMMUNOGENICITY OF THE RABIES VACCINE WITHOUT ADJUVANT OF THE PURIFIES FOR HUMAN

摘要 [目的]分析无佐剂人用狂犬病疫苗(Vreo细胞)的临床免疫保护效果。[方法]使用国产和进口无佐剂人用狂犬病疫苗(Vreo细胞),全程免疫104名10~65岁入选志愿者,在免前、免疫后d 14和d 45抽血,采用小鼠中和试验(MNT)检测血清抗体水平。[结果]经Cox法统计分析,①国产疫苗的d 14、d 45血清抗体阳转率分别为98.12%(53/54)和100%(54/54);血清抗体水平(GMT)分别为2.85 IU/ml和9.49 IU/ml。②进口疫苗的d 14、d 45血清抗体阳转率分别为97.14%(34/35)和100%(35/35);血清抗体水平(GMT)分别为6.20 IU/ml和10.3 IU/ml;③国产与进口疫苗的14 d和45 d的血清抗体阳转率及45 d的GMT的差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);但免疫后d 14两组间GMT的差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]观察组国产无佐剂人用狂犬病疫苗抗体产生早且水平较高,对机体具有安全性免疫保护作用。 [Objective] To appraise the clinical immunity protection effect of the rabies vaccine of the purifies for human (the Vreo cell without adjuvant). [Methods] 104 selected volunteers aged from 10 to 65 year old were vaccinated with the domestic product and the import rabies vaccine (the Vreo cell). Senan antibody levels of three blood samples of the pre-vaeeination, the 14th and the 45th days after vaccination were determined with mice neutrodyne test (MNT). [ Results]① Observation group (domestically produced vaccine). The antibody positive rates at the 14th and 45th day arid the mean geometry were 98.12% (53/54), 100% (54/54) and 2.85 IU/ml, 9.49 IU/ml respectively. The geometry mean was statistally different (P〈 0.05). ② Control group (import vaccine). The antibody positive rates at the 14th and 45th day and the mean geometry were 97.14% (34/35), 100% (35/35) and 6.20 IU/nd, 10.30 IU/nd respectively. ③ The antibody positive rates between the observation group and control group and the mean antibody geometries at the 45th day were not statistically different (P 〉 0.05). The two antibody geometry mean of group of the 14th day was different (P 〈 0.01). [Conclusion] The rabies vaccine without adjuvant can get body bring antibody more early and higher, and make secure immunity protection to human being.
