通用型MBS树脂合成技术的研究

摘要 研究了通用型MBS树脂的合成配方,重点考查了放大试验过程中胶乳的粒径、固含量和表面张力的变化规律。针对中试放大过程中丁苯聚合反应体系表面张力显著增大,导致聚合反应体系不稳定的问题进行了深入的研究,并采用在丁苯聚合反应过程中补加乳化剂的方法,解决了这一工程放大问题,确定了通用型MBS树脂合成配方及工艺参数,生产出合格的MBS中试产品。 The synthesis formula of general purpose MBS resin was studied. The changing rules of particle size,solid content and surface tension of latex during scaling- up experiment were investigated emphatically. The problem that the surface tension of styrene- butadiene polymerization system increased obviously during pilot experiment was researched deeply,which could lead to the unsteady of polymerization system. Method of supplementarily adding emulsifier during the styrene- butadiene reaction was adopted to solve this engineering scaling problem. The synthesis formula of general purpose MBS resin was determinated,and qualified MBS pilot product was obtained.
