电脉冲调节器控制股薄肌型人工肛的动物实验 被引量:1

摘要 中低位直肠癌根治术后重建肛门无疑是提高患者生存质量的最佳方法,股薄肌重建外括约肌为其中一种方式.此法术式简单易推广.但其肌纤维属快颤动肌,易疲劳,且肌束薄,收缩力较弱,故难以维持长期的节制排便效果.如用一定大小的脉冲电流不断地剌激股薄肌,可增强其收缩力,并使其肌纤维具有抗疲劳性.实验结果表明;启动电剌激时犬的结肠造口无粪便流出,定时关闭电刺激时则有烘便流出,节制排便效果很好. Anus re -establishment after the radi cal operation for cancer of the mid - low rectum is no doubt the best way to improve the living quality of the patients. Sphincter re - establishment by using musculus gra cilis is one kind of the operations. This kind of operation is simple and easy to spread. However, it is difficult to control bowel movament for long time because of the fast tic of muscle fiber and being easy to tire of this musculas. Besides, the muscle fiber bundles are thin and their contractility is rather weak. It is possible for the muscle fiber to increase the contractility and the a bility to antifatigue by constantly exciting musculus gracilis with a certain size of elec tric pulses. This experiment clearly showed that there was not any excrement flowing out from the colonic fistula during turning on the exciting of pulses and there was ex crement ejecting while turning off the pulses in time.
