摘要
使用无机陶瓷膜对TiO2悬浆体系进行分离,确定了膜过滤操作参数和溶液参数对膜通量的影响.升高温度、提高压力可以提高通量,当料液浓度不高时,浓度增加可以降低通量,当料液浓度达到一定程度时,其影响将不再显著;料液pH呈中性时膜通量达最大;加入各种无机盐电解质后通量有所降低,其影响主要取决于无机盐的种类,电解质浓度的影响不在主要地位.
TiO2 was separated by inorganic ceramic membrane with 19 channels in this paper. Effects of the temperature, the pressure, pH value and the initial concentration of the suspension on the permeate flux were discussed respectively. Meanwhile, effects of electrolyte additives, such as Na2SO4, NaCl, NH4Cl and CaCl2, were investigated to optimize the operation conditions of the membrane system.
