摘要
本文以炼油催化裂化装置沉降器和再生器的汽提段热处理为例，阐述并解决了压力容器现场爆后局部热处理的技术问题，包括：国内外有关标准和工艺参数、加热器和测温热电偶的选用、布置和操作等方面的问题。
This article gives heat treatment for settler of catalyst cracker and stripper of regenerator as examples to state how to solve the problem on local heat treatment of pressure vessel welded in field. The statement includes the relative standard and process data in China and foreign contries, the rates of temperature changes, the time of constant temperature, selection and setting of heater and thermocouple and the operation.
