摘要
本文系统地阐述了渤中34—2 AL工程项目管理中“三大控制”的一些具体作法,并提出了积极的建议,对于从事工程建设的管理人员有一定的参考价值。
Based on the experience of BZ34 -2 AL offshore engineering, the paper describes systematically the 'three controls' in project management and put forward some active proposals which can be used as a reference to the engineering management personnel.
