从基本农田保护示范区信息化建设的目标与任务出发,在概述基本农田保护信息系统总体结构设计的基础上,探讨基本农田保护示范区信息化建设的具体框架、主要内容以及相关实施细节,并提出基本农田保护示范区信息化建设的必要保障措施,为各地区基本农田保护示范区信息化建设提供借鉴。
Based on the objectives and tasks of the information system establishment protection in the primary farmlands （ISEPPF）, this paper discusses the frame, major contents and related implementing details of ISEPPF, and summarizes the overall structural designing, which needs necessary guaranteeing measures, aiming at providing some references during the information system establishment.
