摘要
介绍了用氧化亚锡非酸性催化剂催化合成环烷酸系列酯的方法。讨论了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响 ,最佳反应条件为催化剂用量为反应液的 2 % ( w) ,醇酸摩尔比为 2∶ 1 ,酯化反应时间为 4 h。试验表明氧化亚锡非酸性催化剂是环烷酸和高沸点伯醇、异辛醇、正癸醇。
The synthetic method of naphthenic acid esters by nonacid catalyst SnO was introduced and the influences of the reaction temperature, the mole ratio of alcohol to naphthenic acid, the quantity of catalyst and reaction time on the esterfication were studied. The optimum synthetic conditions were mole ratio of alcohol to naphthenic acid 2∶1, the quantity of catalyst to feed stock 2% and the reaction time 4 h. The experient results indicated that nonacid SnO catalyst was ideal catalyata for direct esterification of naphthenic acids and isooctanol 1decanol 1dodecanol etc. Primary alcohols of high boilong point.
