摘要
报道了用分子量调节剂正十二硫醇控制丙烯酸甲酯与马来酸酐共聚反应的分子量 ,合成调共聚物。丙烯酸甲酯与马来酸酐配比为 4∶ 1 ,正十二硫醇与总单体摩尔比为 0 .0 1~ 0 .2 0 ,反应温度为 60℃ .反应时间为 6h,收率在 97%以上。对调聚物进行处理 ,得到一种具有良好的降低溶液表面张力和抗硬水能力的表面活性剂皂化丙烯酸甲酯与马来酸酐共聚物 (HE)。并对 HE用红外光谱及化学分析等手段进行了表征。HE在钙皂分散及去污方面都呈良好性能。可以做为替代三聚磷酸钠 (STPP)
In this paper, a cotelmer of methyl acrylate(MA) and maleanic anhydride(MAn) with low molecularweights was synthesised. The molecularweights was controlled by dodecyl mercaptan. Reaction condition as follows: MA/MAn is 4∶1, dodecyl mercaptan/total monomer is 0.01~0.20(mol ratio), reaction temperature is 60 ℃, reaction time is 6 h and the yield is more than 97%. The surfactannt HE with good ability to decrease the surface tension of solution and resisted hard water was obtained after cotelomer was treated. The HE has good ability of caliciumsoap dispersing and cleaning effeciency, and used as an assistant of washing agent in stead of STPP.
