摘要
应用阴阳极极化曲线、线性极化、氢渗透等电化学试验方法,对新研制的输气管道缓蚀剂──GP─1进行了评定,并探索其缓蚀机理和特性。该方法与挂片失重法进行比较,试验结果吻合。试验证明该缓蚀剂缓蚀效率高,抗氢渗透能力较强,能在管道钢表面形成饱和单分子层吸附膜。
The author applies the negative-positive pole polarization curves,the linear polarization,the hydrogen osmosis electrochemistry method etc,appraisesthe newly developed GP-1 gas pipeline corrosioninhibitor and explores its corrosion inhibitingmechanism and property. Comparing- with the testpiece weightlessness method the two test resultscoincide. Test result proves that the inhibitor ishigh in corrosion inhibition,strong in antihydrogenosmosis capacity and it can form saturation andmonolayer adsorption membrane..
