合成氨一段转化炉燃料的优化

摘要 从技术上和经济上对一段转化炉掺烧重整装置预分馏塔顶油(拔头油)改造项目进行了分析,对项目实施情况做了介绍。认为该项目在技术上可行,且经济上合理。可优化企业内部资源配置,提高经济效益。 The revamping programme of blending the overhead fraction of the prefractionator of catalytic re former Into primary reformer fuels in the ammonia plant was analyzed technologically and economically, and execution of the programme was introduced. It was considered that, the fuel optimization programme is technologically feasible and economically rational. The disposition of the internal resources in the enterprise can be optimized and e cononmic effect can be enhanced.
