摘要
随着我国高校扩招,高等教育领域由精英教育向大众化教育转变。为适应社会对人才的需求,高校要以人才需求为导向,进行专业设置调整,完善实习、就业基地建设,提高专业技能。在就业工作指导上,扩大就业指导范围,深化就业内容,完善就业人才队伍,发挥就业信息网络系统功能。同时,大学生要转变就业观念,注重实践锻炼,全面提高自身的综合素质,适应当前严峻的就业形势。
With the extending entrance into university in China, higher education has become popular education from elite education. Universities or colleges need their teaching innovation and promote their competence. At change to adjust their subject settings, deepen the same time, graduates also need to their employment-obtaining idea and enhance their own integrated ability so that to fit the current tough employment state. Therefore, solving employment problem of graduates was and is paid more attention by the whole society. The main approach of graduates＇ employment will be discussed in this text.
