摘要
指标体系的选择是统计综合评价过程中最重要的环节,对于整个评价活动的成败具有关键作用。但是,在具体的综合评价活动过程中,人们在选择评价指标体系的时候,往往会自觉或不自觉地做出一些错误的选择,从而导致评价结果失真。本文针对人们在开展综合评价活动的过程中经常容易出现的十大关系问题进行分析,并提出了解决方法。
In the process of comprehensive evaluation, the choice of index system is the important step, hut people often make wrong choices of this process which induces to the fallacious conclusion. This paper puts forward some methods to resolve the problems which exist in the process of choice of index system.
