摘要
自1989～1996年，作者共治疗领部瘢痕畸形病人278例，手术387例次，取得良好效果。作者根据领部疾痕畸形程度及范围，将其分为5种类型，并对各型的标准，应实行何种手术进行了详细介绍。
278 cases of cicatricial deformity were subjected to operation for 387 times. The results were satisfactory. The authors suggested the criteria for typing of cicatricial deformity, according its scope and extent and the appropriate operational technique for each type of deformity.
