摘要
目的探讨两种不同厂家的亚胺培南西司它丁钠—泰能(TIENAM)和齐佩能(BACQURE)对治疗重症感染所产生的成本-效果关系。方法利用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法,对泰能、齐佩能治疗重症感染(如脓毒血症、肺感染、感染性休克、泌尿系统感染等)进行疗效及成本分析。结果与结论泰能在治疗重症感染方面优于齐佩能。
Objective To inquire into the Cost - Effectiveness relation that the Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium of two different factories treat serious infections. Methods To have an analysis about cost and effectiveness of TIENAM and BAC- QURE to treat serious infections by using the pharmacoeconomics＇ Cost and Effectiveness analysis, Results and Conclusion TIENAM is superior to BACQURE in treating serious infections.
