摘要
目的：比较脉络宁及维脑路通治疗脑血栓患者的临床疗效。方法：用脉络宁治疗脑血栓患者２９例，用维脑路通治疗２９例。两组患者如颅压增高加用２０％甘露醇２００ｍｌ，如为糖尿病患者加用胰岛素控制血糖。结果：脉络宁组治愈２５例，好转４例；维脑路通组治愈２１例，好转８例，脉络宁组治愈率（８６．２１％）明显优于维脑路通组（７２．４１％），Ｐ＜０．０５；在疗程、抗凝、降低血粘度、提高肌张力、降颅压、降红细胞压积、改善脑脊液及微循环等方面脉络宁组也明显优于维脑路通组，Ｐ＜０．０５或＜０．０１。结论：脉络宁和维脑路通两药治疗脑血栓均有满意疗效，但脉络宁疗效更优于维脑路通。
Objective:To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of mai luo ning injection with that of wei nao lu tong injection in treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods:29 cases of cerebral thrombosis were treated with mai luo ning,29 cases were treated with wei nao lu tong and 20% mannitol 200ml intravenous drip or insulin injection if necessary.Results:The hospitalized duration of the observation group with mai luo ning was significantly shorter than that of the controlled group with wei nao lu tong( P <0 01),and the improvement of such changes as focal ischemia,cerebral artery stenosis and occlusion,and muscular tension were superior in the observation group to the controlled group( P <0 01)as well.Such a good case was also true in the observation group for the changes of cerebrospinal fluid,intracranial pressure,hematocrit,and blood viscosity ( P <0 05).Conclusions:It was suggested that the therapeutic effect of mai luo ning in treatment of cerebral thrombosis was more significant than that of wei nao lu tong,though they all had a better effect for this disease.
