摘要
以VC++为工具,通过SAS统计分析煮茧、缫丝的茧质数据及各项工艺参数,建立相应的煮茧、缫丝工艺模型,开发的智能煮茧、缫丝工艺设计系统,能够根据茧质资料进行生产工艺设计,应用于制丝企业可提高工艺设计水平和生产效率。
Using the VC＋＋ as tool,the cocoon quality data and various technological parameters of cocoon cooking and reeling were analyzed by SAS analysis, then the technique model of cocoon cooking and reeling were founded. The intelligent cocoon-cooking and reeling system was developed, which can design the producing process basing on the cocoon quality data and can improve the process design and producing efficiency when applied in reeling enterprise.
