摘要
根据分度凸轮解析公式,利用Visual Basic 6.0编程,开发了平行分度凸轮轮廓曲线数据采集系统。可按照要求的精度实现复杂轮廓曲线数据点的自动采集,并作图显示轮廓曲线,以多片分度凸轮装配的方式进行直观显示,以UG要求的格式保存数据,为后续分度凸轮的CAD/CAM一体化设计打下基础。
A data acquisition system is developed with VB through analyzing the mathematic equation of a parallel indexing cam. The data of the contour line are acquired automatically,the drawings of the contour lines and the assembled parallel indexing cam are displayed,and the data file is saved in format to meet the requests of UG document. This work will be significant for the further study on integration of CAD/CAM.
