喜树碱类衍生物脂质体的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 喜树碱类是一类重要的抗肿瘤药物。脂质体传递系统能够增加喜树碱类药物溶解度,延长活性内酯环血浆滞留时间,增加肿瘤靶向性,降低游离药物毒性。本文将喜树碱类衍生物分为水溶性和水不溶性两类,对近几年喜树碱类抗肿瘤药物脂质体研究的最新进展作一综述,显示喜树碱类药物脂质体给药系统在临床肿瘤化疗中的广阔前景。 Camptothecin (CPT) derivatives appear to be a kind of promising anti-tumor drugs. The use of liposomal drug delivery systems allows the enhancement of water solubility, increases plasma exposure of active lactone forms and tumor accumulation as well as decreass in the toxicity. In this review, dependent on their aqueous solubilities, we discuss the recent developments in the liposomal delivery of camptothecin derivatives. These advances in the liposomes development could benefit their clinical utility as new anticancer therapies.
