摘要
以中关村西区建设的综合管廊为例,总结并分析了综合管廊在市政工程中的应用与前景。在市政工程设计综合工作中,改变了传统的以重力流管线为主导的设计思路,提出了以管廊为主导,合理确定管廊内部空间分配,充分利用管廊内、外部空间的新思路。通过对重力流管线系统的优化调整,较好地解决了重力流管线与管廊平面位置和高程交叉的矛盾,提出的一些建设性意见均得到了一级土地开发商的认同和有关设计单位的采用。通过对中关村西区建设综合管廊的思考,还对如何发展北京综合管廊事业提出了一些建议。
This article summarizes and analyses the application and prospect of the integrated pipe-corridors in the west region of Zhongguancun. In the integration work of municipal engineering designs of this project,through exerting the integration and coordination effect of plan designs,a new idea based on pipe-corridors instead of gravitational flow pipe system is put forward,which can distribute the inner space of pipe-corridors rationally and make the best use of the inner and exterior space of pipe-corridors.By optimizing and adjusting the gravitational flow pipe system,the intersection conflict between gravitational flow pipes and pipe-corridors in level and height is solved well.And the constructive opinion is recognized by the land developer and adopted by the related design department. Based on the consideration of the construction of integrated pipe-corridors in the west region of Zhongguancun,this article also makes suggestions on how to develop the integrated pipe-ditch system in Beijing.
