摘要
阐述了工程项目管理的内容和目的,从合同管理、质量管理、进度管理和成本管理等方面介绍了工程项目管理的动态性,并提出保证成本目标及做好安全管理的方法,指出应明确各项施工项目的管理,充分体现动态的内涵,从而提高工程质量。
This paper illustrates the contents and purposes of construction project management, introduces its dynamic state from contract management, quality management, process management and cost management, proposes the method to ensure cost targets and do well safety management, and points out that man should clear and definite various managements of construction project and fully embody the connotation of dynamic state, in order to improve engineering quality.
