摘要
文章对矿法实施过程中的探矿权的法律保护范围、存在问题进行了分析阐述，提出了建设性意见。
Based on the implementation of 'Laws for Mineral Exploration Industry,' thepaper describes and analyzes the protective scope of the laws for mineral exploration right and theexisting problems. Additionally, some constructive comments are also made.
