过磷酸钙对土壤中铅的形态及其生物有效性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用盆栽试验方法,研究了施入过磷酸钙磷肥对土壤中外源铅的形态变化及其生物有效性的影响。结果表明:土壤加入过磷酸钙可使土壤中交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化结合态和有机结合态铅含量下降,残渣态铅含量增加,供试作物小白菜体内铅浓度明显降低;处理Ⅱ、处理Ⅲ、处理Ⅳ和处理Ⅴ分别为20.29,16.00,12.66,10.31mg·kg-1,与处理Ⅰ(26.68mg.kg-1)对照相比分别降低了6.39mg·kg-1、10.08mg·kg-1、14.02mg.kg-1和16.37mg·kg-1。不同过磷酸钙用量处理间土壤中铅形态含量、供试作物小白菜铅浓度差异达到了5%显著水平。 Using pot experiment, the transformations of different forms and the bioavailability of added Pb in soil blended with single superphosphate (SSP) were determined. The results showed that the content of Pb in the exchangeable fraction, carbonate fraction, Fe/Mn oxide bounded fraction and organic fraction were all decreased, but the residual fraction were increased. While the concentration of Pb in the plants of cabbage decreased obviously. There were significant differences (5% level) in the concentration of Pb in the soil and plant of cabbage in all the treatments.
