摘要
由于"假冒伪劣"产品泛滥而给消费者带来侵害,已经成为社会关注的热点、难点问题之一。在对历史上"行滥"现象和现实生活中"假冒伪劣"产品泛滥原因进行比较分析的基础上,从社会伦理的角度就如何遏制"假冒伪劣"现象,解决产品质量问题,在市场经济条件下如何建立用伦理道德制约技术和生产活动的有效机制进行了初步探讨,提出了加强科技伦理教育,建立监督、揭露和打击"假冒伪劣"产品的社会保障系统,改进科技道德评估等对策建议。
The widespread forgeries such as fakes, pirated trademarks and faulty goods have infringed consumers＇ legal interest and right severely and drawn public attention more and more. It has already become an issue which is hard to settle up in China. Compares historically the ill-intended imitation in ancient China with the widespread forgeries occurring nowadays in an ethical perspective, with the causes discussed. How to provide an effective long-term mechanism to ban the ill-intended imitation is also discussed in view of the ethic in business, technology and manufacture under the conditions of market economy. Some ideas are thus formed about enhancing the ethical sci-tech education and building a social safeguard system to supervise and disclose the ill-intended imitation and give severe blow to it, especially the evaluation which shall be done against not only the quality of products and sci-tech level but also their ethical standard.
