摘要
采用电导法测定低温处理下不同类型草坪草电解质透出率的变化,并拟合Logistic方程求冰冻半致死温度(LT50),对草地早熟禾和沟叶结缕草抗寒锻炼过程进行数量化分析。低温处理下结缕草和早熟禾电解质透出率呈S型曲线增加,草地早熟禾电解质透出率变化缓慢,表现出其较强的抗寒性。经过抗寒锻炼的草地早熟禾LT50从-6.5℃下降到-15.3℃,沟叶结缕草LT50从-7.3℃下降到-10.0℃。低温对冷地型草坪草抗寒锻炼是重要的。
The electrolyte leakage of Zoysia matrella and Poa pratensis exposed to the temperature between 0 ℃ and -21 ℃ were measured, and with logistic function, the median lethal temperatures (LT 50 ) was determined. The quantitative analyses to the cold acclimation of both turfgrasses were studied. Increase of electorlyte leakage in Z.matrella under low temperature was S-curve and that of P.pratensis was slow. It indicated higher cold resistance in the latter. LT 50 of Z.matrella decreased from -6.5 to -15.3 ℃, that of P.pratensis from -7.3 to -10.0 ℃. It was important for cold-season turfgrasses to cold acclimation and warm-season turfgrasses was acclimatative to dehardening caused by warmer weather during cold acclimation.
