摘要
目的探讨亚低温技术在治疗急性重度颅脑损伤中的作用。方法对37例多种原因造成的急性重度颅脑损伤病人分别应用亚低温技术治疗和非亚低温技术治疗。结果亚低温治疗的死亡率34.6%;非亚低温治疗的死亡率63.6%。结论临床治疗急性重度颅脑损伤应用亚低温技术治疗优于非亚低温技术治疗。
Objective To discuss the application on acute severe cerebral trauma with sub - hypothemia. Methods 37 cases of cerebral tramna caused by varied reasons were treated with sub - hypothemia and non sub - hypothermia method. Results The mortality in sub - hypothennia group was 34.6% and in non sub - hypothennia group was 63. 6 %. Conclusion This method might be benefit for acute severe cerebral trauma than other method.
