摘要
目的对临床应用血栓通注射液和对照组应用维脑路通注射液治疗84例急性脑梗死进行总结。方法治疗组用应血栓通10mL、维脑路通400mg加入氯化钠注射液250mL,1次/d静点;对照组用维脑路通400mg加入氯化钠注射液250mL,1次/d静点,两组均观察2个疗程,每14d为1个疗程。结果以血栓通为主,治疗急性脑梗死,在改善神经功能程度和血流变学指标方面优于维脑路通。结论血栓通临床疗效确切,使用安全、方便。
Objective To summarize the curative effect of cerebral infarction treated with xueshuantong injection and venoruton injection. Methods 84 cases of such patient were treated with xueshuantong injection and venomton injection in therapy group for twice coursesl 14d as a cpurse. In control group venoruton injection only. Results The therapy group had good curative effect in the a speet of improveing the leve of neural function and hemorrheology data than those in control group. Conclusion This drug could treat cerebral infarction with safe, simple and good curative effect.
