摘要
城市科技创新是一个系统的过程,它由众多的要素构成。在城市科技创新系统构建过程中,应该加强政府的促进工作,包括成立科技创新促进委员会,全面提升城市政府在科技创新过程中的服务功能,建立城市科技创新发展支持系统,加强科技创新权益保护及中介化建设等等。
City＇s innovation is a systemic course which is composed of a lot of factors, during the course, we should strengthen government work, and put forward the measurements about how to construct the science and technology innovation system, such as building the promoting committee, upgrading government＇s serving function, constructing the sustained system,and protecting the rights and interests of science and technology innovation, and so on.
