核心能力是企业竞争优势的根源和价值增长的保证。文章在分析我国盐业企业管理现状以及存在的问题的基础上,探讨了我国盐业企业解决管理问题的思路及对策。
Core competitiveness is the source of competitive edge as well as the guarantee of value growth of an enterprise. Based on analysis on current management situation in salt industry enterprises and existing problems in China, this paper discusses the consideration and countermeasures to solve management problems in salt industry enterprises in China.
