摘要
目的:阐明导致温郁金种质退化的原因。方法:以温郁金块茎、根茎和叶片作样本,采用NCM-ELISA方法进行检测。结果:在普通栽培的样品中发现甘薯病毒侵染,GAP栽培样品中未发现。块茎中检测到5种病毒复合侵染,根茎中检测到3种病毒复合侵染。叶片部分目前尚未测出甘薯病毒。结论:初步认定温郁金病毒病病原至少有5种,即SPFMV、SPFMMV、SPLV、SPMSV、C-6。其中SPMSV属首次在国内植物中测出。
Objective: To show the Caus of genetical characterization declin in Curchma wenyujin. Methods: The tuber, rootstalk and leaf of Curcuma wenyujin were detected by NCM - ELISA. Results: Sweet potato virosis were detected in samples of common cultivated plots and were not detected in samples of GAP. 5 complex pathogenic virosis in tuber and 3 complex pathogenic virosis in rootstalk Conclusion: About 5 pathogenic virosis of this disease were MSV, C -6. SPMSV is first identified in plants.
