摘要
教育经费的严重短缺已成为制约我国高校发展的一个关键因素。随着市场经济的发展,高等教育的准公共产品性质、高校主体地位的变化都决定了高校筹资必须走多样化道路。在分析多元化筹资渠道的基础上,强调注意考虑筹资成本、规避筹资风险以及建立有效的筹资组织,以保证我国高等教育健康、稳定的发展。
Shortage of fund has become a very serious bottleneck that obstructs the development of institutions of higher learning. With the development of our market economy, the quasi-public goods feature of higher education, the change in the subject status of institutions of higher learning decide the multi-channel model of fund-raising that institutions of higher learning should adopt. Based on description of the Multichannel, this paper makes a penetrating analysis of how to consider cost of fund-raising, evade risk of fundraising and build effective organization of fund-raising, in order to ensure the development of higher education.
