摘要
研究HVI900仪测试棉纤维品质的误差及其控制。结果表明:①HVI900仪本身存在测试误差;②各棉花品种与校准棉样纤维品质的变异趋势基本一致,但前者的变异程度远大于后者;③纤维品质中,以比强度的变异系数最大,马克隆值变异系数最小;④中期花的纤维品质好于混合花,且变异程度小于混合花。为了使纤维品质的测试结果具有较高的精度。
Test error of measuring Upland cotton fiber qualities with HVI 900 and its control were investigated in this paper.The results showed that:the test error from the HVI 900 itself was detected.The variation trend of fiber qualities for cotton varieties and calibration cotton samples was similar,however,the variation degree of the former was far bigger than that of the latter.Of all the qualities the coefficient of variation of strength and micronaire was the highest and the lowest,respectively.Fiber qualities of the mid harvest cotton were superior to the blended sample, and the variation degree of the fiber qualities was smaller than the blended sample.In order to obtain accurate testing data of the fiber quality,it is suggested that the testing times for the mid harvest cotton and the blended sample by using HVI 900 should be 10 and 20,respectively.
