摘要
采用室内切枝水培法开展欧洲黑杨×川杨、欧洲黑杨×滇杨人工杂交实验.结果表明:欧洲黑杨×川杨、欧洲黑杨×滇杨授粉后第10天坐果率分别达92.88%和82.14%,种子发芽率达80%和50%,成苗率达72.5%和65.63%,杂交可配性强;这2个杂交组合当年生杂交苗平均苗高分别为44.3和42.2 cm,平均地径分别为5.50和5.37 mm,生长量非常接近,苗高变异系数分别为14.5%和19.01%,地径变异系数分别为10.7%和16.1%,变异幅度较大;F1代杂种实生苗在苗期主要性状特征表现为多态性.
The artificial crossing between Populus nigra and P. szechuanica, P. yunnanensis was carried out indoors. The results show that the cross-ability between Populus nigra and P. szechuanica, P. yunnanensis was high and the fruit set percentage of the two crosses after pollination for l0 days reached 92. 88% and 82. 14% respectively; that the germination rate of hybrid seeds was 80% and 50% respectively; that the average height of hybrids from Populus nigra and P. szechuanica was taller than that of the hybrids from Populus nigra and P. yunnanensis; that the variation coefficient about the hybrids seedling height is up to 14. 5% and 19. 1% respectively; and that the variation coefficient about the collar diameter is 10.7% and 16.1% respectively. The traits of hybrids F1 took the characteristic of polymorphism.
