摘要
用0.2%的羧甲基壳聚糖(NCMC)水溶液处理玉米种子和幼苗,其幼苗中硝酸还原酶活性比对照提高30%~60%;谷氨酸脱氢酶活性比对照普遍提高;而蛋白水解酶活性比对照降低15%~34%。
Corn seeds and seedlings were treated with 0 2% N carboxymethyl chitosan (NCMC) solution. The nitratase activity in corn seedling was increased by 30%-60%, and the glutamate dehydrogenase activity was also increased to some extent. The proteinase activity, however, was obviously decreased by 15%-34% than that of the control. This result indicates that N carboxymethyl chitosan presents certain physiological regulation effects on some enzyme activities involved in nitrogen metabolism process in the seedling growth and development of maize.
