摘要
校园文化作为文化的一个分支,必然渗透于管理和学校(组织)运行的全过程。良好的校园文化具有导向的作用,有助于职业院校学生保持健康的心理,激发起对职业的热爱;能够有效地促进职业院校学生专业知识的建构;有助于强化职业院校学生的职业特点,突出职业的实践性和针对性。职业院校应当在充分发挥校园文化的主体的作用,把握职业院校校园文化的结构层次,重在校风建设等方面加强校园文化建设。
As a branch of culture,campus culture must penetrate the whole course of campus management and operation. There is no organization can be successful which pay no necessary attention to culture construction. Campus culture can educate students by informal, vohmtary way. Good campus has a leading function, which can help students keep healthy mentality, and accelerate the pasion of vocation. It can also do good to special knowledge construction of vocational college students, emplmsizing practicality and aim of vocational education. Vocational college should make sufficiently use of campus culture and grasp the construction of campus.
