经皮椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎椎体病变的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗椎体病变的临床应用。方法透视下经皮椎体成形术治疗56例86个椎体病变,其中骨质疏松症并椎体骨折49例,外伤后椎体压缩性骨折2例,椎体血管瘤并外伤后骨折1例,椎体结核并骨质破坏1例,转移瘤3例。骨水泥(PMMA)用量在2~10ml。结果经皮椎体成形术穿刺成功率100%,疼痛缓解率达94.6%,随访1~6个月,无复发。结论经皮椎体成形术(PVP)术操作简单,安全,容易掌握。对椎体压缩性骨折、椎体骨质破坏等引起的疼痛有明确的止痛效果。 Objective To evaluate the clinical applications of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) in Thoracico-lumbar body diseases. Methods 86 procedures of PVP guided by fluoroscopy was performed in 56 patients. Among the 56 cases, 49 cases were with osteoporotic fractures, 3 with metastatic neoplasms, 2 with traumatic fractures, i with hemangiomas and 1 with tuberculosis. The dose of polymerization of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) was 2-10 ml for each case. Results The success rate of PVP was 100% and the symptomatic relief rate reached to 94.6%. After i to 6 months following-up, there was no recurrence. Conclusion The procedure of PVP owns advantage of easy manipulation and safety. The obvious pain-relief had achieved in those patients with compression fracture and destruction of vertebral body.
