摘要 采用核磁共振碳谱、差示扫描量热法、凝胶渗透色谱和扫描电子显微镜等表征了中等流动性抗冲共聚聚丙烯的结构与性能。气相法共聚聚丙烯中含有更多的乙丙节点及多种乙丙嵌段结构,分子链柔性好;乙丙橡胶的相对分子质量较大,粒子分布均匀,对提高冲击强度有利;其结晶细密,结晶温度高、结晶速率快,有利于提高刚性和改善加工性能。 The structure and properties of the middle fluidity impact propylene-ethylene copolymer was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry (NMR), differential scanning calorimetry, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the copolymer contains more linkages between propylene segments and ethylene segments and diverse propylene/ethylene block structures, leading to an increase in the flexibility of the molecule chain. Both high relative molecular mass of ethylenepropylene rubber (EPR) and homogeneous size distribution of the EPR granules benefit the increase in the impact property. The compact crystal region, high crystallization temperature and crystallization rate of polypropylene favor the improvement in rigidity and processability.
