摘要 分析了预浓缩挤出机、脱挥挤出机的螺杆转速和机筒温度等因素对产品熔体流动速率、挥发分的影响。确定了较佳的控制范围:预浓缩挤出机螺杆温度为120~160℃,螺杆转速为300-400 r/min;脱挥挤出机螺杆温度为150~190℃,螺杆转速为150~250 r/min。在此工艺条件下连续、稳定试验,得到产品的挥发分小于0.2%,各项性能指标与国外同类产品基本相当。 This paper analyzed the effects of factors such as screw speed and cylinder temperature of counter-rotating intermeshing twin-screw extruders on melt flow rate and devolatilization of the styrene-butadiene resin. The optimum combination of the control parameters of the extruders were determined as follows: the temperature and rotating speed of the screw was in the range of 120-160 ℃ and 300-400 r/min for the pre-concentration extruder and 150-190 ℃and 150-250 r/min for the devolatilization extruder, respectively. The volatile content in the extrudate was below 0.2% as confirmed in the experiment performed stably and continuously under the selected processing conditions. The testing data show that the performance indexes of the product so prepared can stand comparison with those of its overseas counterparts.
