摘要
分析了THG高效催化剂在淤浆法聚乙烯装置应用中出现的聚合釜粘壁、换热器堵塞、管线堵塞、产品粉末聚集体增多等问题,其主要原因是聚合釜内催化剂浓度高、THG催化剂粒径小等。通过调整催化剂配制工艺和改变催化剂的注人方式可以避免问题的发生。
This paper analyzed the problems arose from the utilization of high efficiency catalyst THG in a slurry high density polyethylene (HDPE) plant, involving fouling on the reactor wall, blockage inside the heat exchanger, plugging in the pipelines and increase in aggregate the higher concentration All the disadvantageous technology and changing content of the product fine. The problems were ascribed to of the catalyst in the polymerizer and the smaller particle size of the catalyst THG. phenomena could be avoided or eliminated via adjustment of catalyst preparation the mode of introducing catalyst.
