伊曲康唑与长春地辛相互作用致神经毒性两例报道附文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 长春碱类药物是淋巴系统肿瘤包括急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）、非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）、霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）和多发性骨髓瘤（MM）最常用的化疗药物之一，其主要不良反应为神经毒性。侵袭性真菌感染（IFI）是淋巴系统肿瘤患者治疗过程中最常见的并发症，伊曲康唑为常用的抗真菌药物之一，可用于IFI的经验性治疗或预防性治疗。
