摘要
目的通过临床病例自身对照观察,分析评价单向缓释双层醋酸地塞米松贴膜对艇员复发性阿弗他溃疡治疗效果。方法患有复发性阿弗他溃疡史艇员66例,全部患者利用2个溃疡发作周期作随机单盲自身对照,一期利用单向缓释双层醋酸地塞米松贴膜进行治疗作为治疗组,另一期利用安慰片治疗作为对照组,采用平均溃疡期、疼痛指数等评价指标进行疗效分析评价。结果治疗组平均溃疡期较对照组明显缩短,疼痛指数降低,总有效率较对照组明显提高(P<0.01),治疗组病例无不良反应。结论单向缓释双层醋酸地塞米松贴膜能明显减轻复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床症状,缩短疾病发作周期,疗效明显,使用方便,可作为艇员常用药。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of one-way sustained-release bistratal drug film contained dexamethasoni acetate （DA） on recurrence aphtha ulcer （ RAU ） in mariners by comparative clinical observation. Methods Sixty-six mariners with the history of RAU were collected to be investigated. All patients were equally and randomly divided into two groups, test group and control group. The patients in test group were treated by one-way sustained-release bistratal drug film contained dexamethasoni acetate （DA） ,while those in the control group were treated by the same film, but not contained DA. The average duration and the pain index of ulcer were examinated to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results The average duration of patients in the test group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, and the pain index of patients was also lower in the test group than in the control group. The overall effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. And the treatmental method of the test group wouldn＇t act adverse effect. Conclusions The results show that one-way sustained-release bistratal drug film contained DA can effectively lighten the syndrome of RAU and shorten ulcer duration. This effective and convenient film could be an ideal choice for mariners with RAU.
