摘要
利用超声波探伤技术能够检测出离心铸造复合材料轧辊工作层与芯层冶金结合质量好坏,确定芯部有否缩松。阐述轧辊结合层超声探伤常见的典型回波形式和它们的形成原因,以及回波形式与结合层质量的关系。根据轧辊轴芯超声波穿透检查的不同结果,对轴芯区的质量分别作出技术判定,并介绍改进质量的相应措施。
It is possible by using ultrasonic detection technique to determine the metallurgical juncture quality between the surface layer and the internal layer of the rollers, as well as whether there is or no shrinkage defect in the core area of rollers. A detailed description was made to the typical return waves types met during ultrasonic detection of the juncture areas of rollers, formation reasons of these return waves, as well as the relationship between the return wave type and juncture quality of the surface layer and the internal layer. The quality of core area of rollers was assessed respectively according to the different results of ultrasonic wave penetration inspection, and the relevant quality improving measures were also introduced.
