摘要
概述了水玻璃旧砂的特点以及水玻璃旧砂再生回用技术的进步。介绍水玻璃旧砂的湿法再生技术和干法再生系统。分析了水玻璃旧砂再生仍然存在的问题,提出了三种较佳的水玻璃旧砂再生方案:对于采用“面砂-背砂”制的工厂,应进行干法回用处理;对于采用单一砂的工厂,应进行湿法再生;而最理想的方法是“干法回用、湿法再生”。
The characteristics of return sodium silicate sand were described, and the progress of return sand reclamation-reutilization technology was summarized. Both the wet reclaiming system and the dry reclaiming system were introduced. The problems still existing with return sodium silicate sand reclamation were analyzed. Three relatively good reclamation ways was recommended as follows： it＇s better to adopt the dry reclamation for the foundries using the ＂facing sand-backing sand＂ system; it＇s better to adopt wet reclamation for the foundries using the unit sand; and the best way is to adopt the ＂dry reclamation plus wet regeneration＂.
