摘要
对1例接受股腘动脉人工血管搭桥术治疗的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的手术配合进行回顾性分析,并分析针对可能出现的并发症实施相应护理对策。提示准确的术前决策,充分的术前准备,积极的术中、术后监护,对保证患者顺利完成手术、预防并减少并发症的发生有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the way of operation matching and nursing care of lower extremity artery atherosclerotic femoropopliteal artery occlusion patients treated with femoropopliteal artery bypass via vascular prosthesis, and prevention of complications. Methods Analyzing retrospectively a patient with lower extremity artery atherosclerotic femoropepliteal artery occlusion accepted the treatment of femoropo - pliteal artery bypass via vascular prosthesis and give him the different nursing care to diminish or redcuce complications. Results The femoropopliteal artery bypass was successful and the patient was cured after treatment and nursing without serious complications. Conclusion To assure patients survive from operation, prevent or reduce complications, it is significant to have exact preoperative decision, good operation matching and sufficient pre - and post -operative nursing care.
